Taking into consideration the record of the
petitioner, we do not find that it can be said that the discretion that has been exercised by the authorities has been exercised in illegal manner. Therefore, we do not find that the order impugned is passed in illegal or perverse manner. No interference is warranted. The Criminal Writ Petition is rejected.
