June, 2016. In view of the aforesaid letter according to the
learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, the Respondent
Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has withdrawn its earlier
impugned final notice. He, therefore, submits that in view of the aforesaid position nothing survives in the Petition.
