on instructions, states that the Indian Nursing
Council has accorded permission to the petitioner
to admit the students on 31.10.2016, so also the
Maharashtra Nursing Council has also permitted the
petitioner to admit the students.

3.In that view of the matter, the grievance

raised in the instant petition stands redressed.
