1] Heard learned counsel for the for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and counsel for respondents Nos. 4 and 5.
2] It appears that subsequent to the filing of this petition, the vehicle is released. So far as prayer clause (C) in the petition, which is for compensation is concerned, the petitioner can avail appropriate remedy, as available in law, for redressal of said grievance. We make it clear that in case the petitioner approaches the court of competent jurisdiction, the concerned court shall take into consideration the time spent in prosecuting the present petition, while considering the prayer for condonation of delay.
