Petitioners submit that so far as Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are concerned the Corporation has allotted accommodation and possession has also been taken by the said Petitioners. So far as the Petitioner No.2 is concerned he submits that this Petition may be disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner No.2's representation dated 30th January, 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
