. The Petitioner has filed this petition on various grounds and is seeking direction to Respondent No. 1 to conduct examination and/or interview of the Petitioner on the date fixed by them. We are informed by the learned AGP that the Petitioner has secured 116 marks and the last candidate from the reserved category has secured 139 marks. That being the position, even though the Petitioner succeeds in the petition, he would not be in a position to be appointed. Writ petition is therefore dismissed.
