DATED : AUGUST 3, 2016
Adv. Deshpande for petitioner submits that as per his instructions, petitioner has been shown in regular sanctioned staff and her salary is also being released. As such, grievance does not survive. He is seeking time of one week to place on record necessary documents with affidavit.
Smt. Haider, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.2 and 3, does not dispute correctness of the statement made by Adv. Deshpande.
In view of this statement, we do not find it necessary to have any affidavit on record.
In the light of above statement, grievance
