Suryakant Shinde Vs Honorable Municipal Commissioner of Greater Mumbai and Anr.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the respondents – Corporation to consider the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action/steps on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Writ Petition is disposed of.
