Union of India submits that Ministry of Environment Forest has informed her by a communication dated 5^th July, 2016 that pursuant to the order of this Court, a proposal dated 27^th January, 2015 of Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority was considered by the National Coastal Zone Management Authority in its 30^th meeting

held on 24^th May, 2016, and has recommended for considering the plot in non-CRZ area, subject to the approval of the Competent Authority. Said communication dated 5^th July, 2016 is taken on record. In view of this communication, nothing survives in the petition. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioners to apply, if the approval does not reach in a reasonable period of time.
