1.Without entering into the merits of

controversy, we deem it appropriate to relegate
the Petitioners to the Chief Officer, Municipal
Council, Sangamner and Tahsildar, Sangamner. If
the Petitioners tender appropriate representation
to the aforesaid authorities, the concerned
authorities may take appropriate steps and may
take decision in accordance with the provisions of
law.

2.We direct the Authorities, not to take
coercive action for a period of one week so as to
enable the Petitioners to tender representation to
the Authorities concerned, for redressal of their
grievances.

3.With the directions as above, Writ
