This is a Notice of Motion seeking leave of the Court to allow
Plaintiff No.1 to take his minor son Sarosh to the United Kingdom from 29.4.2016 to 19.5.2016. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff No.2 has filed Affidavit confirming that the second Plaintiff has no objection to vacation access in respect of her son Sarosh in accordance with the Consent Terms dated 18.12.2009. On instructions, she further states that the Plaintiff No.2 has no objection if this Motion is allowed. By consent, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which is reproduced below:
