The appellant Mr. Jayesh Pandhari Keni and respondent Smt. Shilpa Jayesh Keni are present in Court. Respondent is accompanied by her mother. Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have presented consent terms signed by the Counsel appearing for the respective parties and the appellant and the respondent.

We enquired with the parties. They expressed their consent to get

the marriage dissolved by filing present Consent Terms under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. Paragraph 12 of the consent terms reads as under:

“The appellant agrees and undertakes that he shall pay the above said amount of 20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) on or before signing of this Consent terms and the decree of divorce u/s 13-B shall became operative only after the cheque/Pay order of the said amount of Rs. 20,00,000/(Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) is received by the Respondent.”

The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that a Pay Order drawn at State Bank of India to the tune of Rs. 20,00,000/(Rupees Twenty lacs only) is being handed over to the respondent. She has received the same. The Consent Terms runs into four pages. Each page has been signed by the contesting parties. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Both the appeals are disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The marriage solemnized between appellant and respondent stands dissolved in view of Consent Terms under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.

In view of disposal of appeals, nothing survives for consideration in Civil Application No. 142/2015. The same is disposed of accordingly.
