therefore, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal filed by the Appellant. Both, Appellant and Respondents are present in Court. We have interviewed the Appellant. She has stated that Consent Terms have been filed in the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and, accordingly, her Streedhan has been returned by the Respondent/husband alongwith permanent alimony of Rs 3 lakhs which has been paid to her. We are satisfied that the Appellant is therefore willfully withdrawing this appeal. Appellant has admitted the decree passed by the Family Court.
