order was passed between the parties whereby the Respondent Company was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1.70 Lacs to the Petitioner on or before 26 April, 2016. If the aforesaid payment was made, the Company Petition was to stand dismissed.
2 Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Company tenders a receipt issued by the Petitioner dated 26 April, 2016 which evidences the fact that an amount of Rs.1.70 Lacs has been paid to the Petitioner. He tenders a true copy of the said receipt which is taken on record and marked “X” for identification.
