ORDER:
1. It is submitted that respondent has paid an
amount of Rs.1,08,200/- by Demand Draft to the
petitioner and the petitioner has accepted the same.
It is also submitted that the respondent has issued
post dated cheque of an amount of Rs.1,20,700/- to the
petitioner. The petitioner shall return the earlier
cheque to the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The respondent shall honour the post dated
cheque which has been submitted to the petitioner. In
case the said cheque is dishonoured, the petitioner is
at liberty to move afresh.
3. Contempt Petition disposed of. No costs.
