The petition is at pre-admission stage. Hence,
without prejudice to the rights and contentions of
the parties, amendment is permitted. Accordingly,
the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer
clause (a). Amendment shall be carried out within a
period of three weeks from today.
