1.This is Plaintiffs’ Chamber Summons for amendment to the
Plaint and Notice of Motion. There is no Written Statement. In fact,
the Defendants have filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of
the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
2.For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, and on
hearing Ms. Panda and Mr. Gada, the Chamber Summons is
allowed, expressly keeping open all rights and contentions of the

Defendants, including the contention that by the amendments the
Plaintiffs have introduced an inconsistent and contradictory stand.
The amendment is also allowed without prejudice to the
Defendants’ Notice of Motion under Order 7 Rule 11.
3. Amendments to be carried out on or before 14th October 2016.
4. The Chamber Summons is disposed in these terms.
5. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
