J. Perhaps due to a clerical or similar error in the department, that
order, the parties say, remained to be uploaded. The parties are,
however, agreed that the Chamber Summons was allowed by
consent in terms of prayer clause (a) and, in fact, the amendment
has been effected. I find that there is a hard copy of the order of that
date on file.
