This is an application for condonation of delay in

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the non applicant no.2.

However, taking into consideration the averments in the application, specifically in paragraph nos. 3 and 6, we are inclined to allow the application and condone the delay.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

This is an application for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.07.2014.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. Writ Petition No.422/1997 is restored to file.
