applicants in Company Application (L) Nos.294/2016 and 295/2016 states

that the order dated 8th September, 2016 has been complied with. The

passport of Ms.Shruti Lunkad has also been deposited.

In the meantime Mr.Cama, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants states that Company Application (L) Nos.550/2016 and 551/2016 seek orders holding the respondent nos.1 and 2 in contempt. He now seeks to file separate contempt petitions. In view of this the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the applications with liberty to file contempt petitions.

In the circumstances Company Application (L) No.550/2016 in Company Petition No.256/2013 and Company Application (L) No.551/2016 in Company Petition No.377/2013 are allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, it is made clear that all the office objections will have to be removed in all the company applications within one week from today. Meanwhile the interim orders passed on various dates i.e. 4.8.2016, 24.8.2016, 25.8.2016, 30.8.2016 and 8.9.2016 shall continue to be in operation Company Application (L) Nos.294/2016 and 295/2016.
