2.Upon hearing, learned counsel for the
applicant, on instructions of the applicant, submits
that the present applicant does not wish to proceed with
the present application. However, liberty to file
similar application on same grounds, in case the trial
is not concluded within a period of six (6) months, may
be granted.
3.Allowed to withdraw with the liberty as prayed
for. Application stands disposed off.
