2 Heard Shri Joydeep Chatterjee, learned Counsel appearing for applicant, who strenuously urged to release the applicant on bail.
3 With the assistance of learned Counsel for applicant, we have perused the evidence. However, considering role of applicant in the crime as well as on consideration of depositions of eye witnesses, we are of the view that applicant has failed to make out a prima facie case for his enlargement on bail. However, in the facts and circumstances of this case and considering request made by learned Counsel for applicant, office is directed to ensure preparation of paper book within six weeks from today.
