came to be rejected by this Court by order dated 8.4.2011 and 24.9.2013 respectively. No fresh ground has been brought to our notice so as to reconsider the prayer for bail, hence, application is rejected. Though the application is rejected, looking to the fact that the applicant is in custody since 2008, the appeal be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 6.9.2016.
