11.3.2007 at about 7.15 p.m. assaulted his wife Reshma with
a sattur. PW 1 Amina who is also the first informant in the

present case has witnessed the incident. She has stated that
she and Reshma were sitting on the otla of Building No. 6. The applicant came there. The applicant asked Reshma whether she would come to his house for cohabitation. Reshma told the applicant that she would take permission from her mother and then she would decide. Thereupon the applicant removed a chopper from his waist and assaulted
Reshma with the chopper all over her face and also on the back of her neck. On seeing the incident, 10-15 persons gathered at the spot. They caught hold of the applicant. Within 10-15 minutes, police came to the spot and arrested the applicant.
evidence on record, we do not think that this is a fit case to
grant bail to the applicant, hence, application rejected.
