Copy of the corrigendum notice is brought to our notice by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, disclosing that the last date for submission of tender is 13.1.2016 and the Respondents propose to open the technical bids on 15.1.2016 and 18.1.2016. Interim order shall continue till then. Learned Single Judge may consider the petition / application filed under Section 9 of the said Act, before 13.1.2016. Liberty is granted to the parties to apply.
