Smt. Joshi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that non-applicant no.2 (complainant) has given her statement on affidavit before Superintendent of Police and thereafter her statement has been recorded. She states that in anger she gave some report against applicant.
In this situation, with liberty to Investigating Officer to file appropriate report before competent Court in this respect and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the criminal application. No costs.
