this Court as against the original accused nos.1 to 4,
the purpose of presenting the instant appeal is served.
The Division Bench of this Court while dealing with the
State appeal has refused to grant leave as against the
accused nos.5, 6 and 7.

applied its mind to the case and refused to grant leave

cannot be interfered with while considering the appeal by
