1 The learned counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant Ms.Smita Sawant seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application in view of the instructions purshis dated 13/08/2015 of the Petitioner Mhalsakant Shakharam Peshave. In the said instructions purshis it has been stated that the suit in question i.e. the Regular Civil Suit No.1416 of 2013 has been withdrawn by the Plaintiffs on 23/07/2014, and therefore, the above Petition filed against the interim order passed in the said suit is necessary to be withdrawn as also the Civil Application. In the light of the instructions purshis dated 13/08/2015, the above Writ Petition as well as the above Civil Application are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The instructions purshis dated 13/08/2015 is taken on record and marked as “X” for identification.
