Dept. And Ors. passed by this Division Bench (Anoop V. Mohta & A.A. Sayed, JJ.). Therefore, for the reasons stated in the said judgment, we pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) The rejection order passed by the then existing Pravesh Niyantran Samiti dated 25 August 2015 is quashed and set aside.

(ii) The Petitioners are permitted to conduct its own CET followed by CAP for the academic year 2015-2016 for their respective undergraduate courses, in accordance with law and the practice so adopted last year.

(iii) It is made clear that the above arrangement is only for academic year 2015-2016. For next year, the provisions of Act will be applicable in every respect.
