petitioner's end after the order of this court dated 23-07-2015 directing acceptance of his nomination provisionally. It is further being pointed out that the claim for validity had been submitted pursuant to the procedure prevailing in 2010 in gram panchayat elections and the same stands fortified in view of the fact that the certificate had been issued on 23-2-2011, albeit, the same has been issued to petitioner recently.
