would be completed by 15.1.2015 and thereafter the election of Managing Committee of Sangli District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd could be completed by 31^st May 2015. The written instructions are given by Dr. Anand Jogdand, Secretary, State Co-operative Election, Rajya Sahakari Nivdnuk Pradhikaran, Maharashtra by a communication to Vishesh Karyalain Adhikari, Sahakar Bhavan dated 9^th January 2015. The statement is made by Special Executive Officer, Co-operation, Marketing and Textile, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

2 Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that in view of the provisions of Section 110A (1)(iii) of the Maharashtra CoOperative Societies Act, 1960, one-year's period for Administrator is prescribed, and that period is already over.

3 In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, both Writ Petitions are disposed of.
