The petitioner was subjected to disciplinary action in the year 2002 and he was awarded penalty of demotion in service. During the pendency of this petition, the petitioner was subjected to another disciplinary action and this time he was found guilty and was dismissed from services. In view of this subsequent event, there is no point in deciding the present writ petition. This writ petition is infructuous. Same stands disposed of as infructuous.
