2 The learned Counsel states that an application will be made to the High Power Committee within one week from today. If such an application is made, the High Power Committee shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 3 months from today. Needless to state that in the event, order passed SRA is adverse to the interest of justice, the Petitioner always has liberty to approach this Court.
