allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this
Court along with accrued interest to enable the
petitioners to pay the same to the respondent –
Corporation within one week of withdrawal
thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioners
undertakes to make the application for
withdrawal of the amount within a period of
eight days from today. The undertaking of the
learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded
that the said amount shall be paid over the
respondent – Corporation within one week of the
withdrawal thereof by the petitioners.
