posts at Nashik are available in Health and Welfare Training Center, Nashik and District Tuberculosis Centre, Nashik. The petitioner is BAMS degree holder. Therefore, he could be considered for appointment to either of these posts. Learned Counsel submits that petitioner is making a request on the ground of personal difficulty which could be sympathetically looked into by the respondents.
