Appeal/Application dated 24 November 2014 in respect of the eligibility of the Petitioner be decided within a stipulated time framed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement on instructions that thus far, none of the structures in question have been vacated/demolished and the redevelopment has not started. In view of the above, the Petition is disposed of by passing the following order:
