1] On 2/9/2015, it was observed that the appeal is already abated as against respondent no.4. In fact the compensation has been awarded to the respondent no.4. No steps are taken as against respondent no.4. On the said date, counsel for appellant was absent. Matter was adjourned to 16/9/2015 as a last chance. Thereafter also, matter was adjourned to 28/9/2015. In fact when the appeal is abated against respondent no.4 i.e. the person to whom compensation has been awarded, nothing survives in the present appeal.
2] Today also none appears for the appellant. The Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
