1.This is the Plaintiffs’ Chamber Summons for making minor
and what appear to be typographical corrections to the Plaint. They
seek to correct the references to Exhibit “E” to the plaint to read
Exhibit “E1”. The application is innocuous.

2.The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a). Amendment to be carried out without need of
reverification on or before 25th June 2015.

3.It is not necessary to serve a copy of the amended plaint
afresh on the Defendants. It is sufficient if the Advocates for the
Plaintiffs communicate to the Advocates for the Defendants, where
the Defendants are represented by Advocates, and, where they are
not, to the Defendants themselves, the exact changes as carried out
and as currently reflected in the schedule to the Chamber
Summons. The Defendants and their Advocates to make the
necessary corrections in their copies of the Plaint.
