who states that, the defendant no. 1 has expired and that the chamber summons has not been served upon the defendants and seeks to withdraw the chamber summons with liberty to take out the fresh chamber summons after ascertaining the current whereabouts of the defendants no. 2 and the names and addresses of the heirs of defendant no. 1, chamber summons is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
