The appeal is taken up for final disposal. On perusal of the impugned judgment, we do not find any error much less grave error warranting interference in the appellate jurisdiction. The learned Single Judge by the impugned judgment held that the appointments which were approved by the Joint Charity Commissioner are as per the willingness and desire of the members of the trust.
The Letters Patent Appeal is, therefore,
rejected.
