Heard Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. After hearing the Applicant/Petitioner, which is a limited company, interim order has been granted on 26th September 2014. Prayer clause (e) in the main Writ Petition proceeded on the footing that the Applicant does not require a license. The prayer clause (e), was not granted. There is no change in the circumstances pleaded in this Application.
2 . Therefore, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of this Civil Application cannot be granted. Application is accordingly rejected.
3. Hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited.
