deposited by the respondent Management, which was required as per the earlier order passed by this Court.
The learned counsel for the respondent Management has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount.
In that view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent Management in this court along with the interest accrued if any.
