It appears that the appellants had not paid deficit Court fees of Rs.1,00,215/-. The balance of Rs.1,00,215/- towards deficit Court fee was ultimately paid on 9th April 2014.
If the balance Court fee is paid, the appellants would be entitled to refund of Court fees as permissible in law as the First appeal is disposed of on the consent terms. Office to act accordingly.
