It is submitted that non-applicant No.5 has expired and is survived by nonapplicant Nos.1 to 4 who are her legal heirs. Hence name of non-applicant No.5 is permitted to be deleted from the array of parties. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
Though prayer for condoning delay is opposed by counsel for nonapplicants, considering reasons assigned, delay stands condoned.
Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
