ORDER:
In view of urgency so expressed and as Civil Application is
also filed in this Court for interim injunction by which certain facts
are also raised which required to be considered before granting such
Application/injunction and considering the submission and request so
made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the

Appellants/plaintiffs, the record and proceedings of Special Suit No. 478/2011 be sent back to the Trial Court i.e. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, with liberty to the Appellants/plaintiffs to file additional documents and/or affidavit in support of the case and also liberty is granted to the Respondents/Defendants to file reply, if any. The learned Civil Judge to decide such Application in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of record and proceeding.
2 Civil Application is disposed of with liberty. No costs.
