This Court, by an order dated 3^rd December, 2014, passed in Civil Application No.11922 of 2014 in First Appeal (St.) No.11128 of 2014 and companion matters, arising out of the same notification under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, has permitted withdrawal of the amount.

In view thereof, with the consent of the parties, I pass following order :-

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court on condition of furnishing undertaking to the effect that the amount being so withdrawn would be refunded in case decision in first appeal goes against their interest, within a period of six months, from the date of decision. Undertaking to be filed by the applicants, in this Court, within a period of six weeks from today.
