1 By this application, the applicant is seeking the following relief :-

(a) Direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to disburse the amount of Rs.30,57,750/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Fifty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) deposited by the Respondent Company viz., Pan India Infraprojects Private Limited (Formerly Essel Sports Private Limited) vide the order of this Hon'ble Court dated : 29.06.2012 in Company Petition No.7 of 2012 to the Applicant/ Petitioner directly vide wire transfer/remittance to

2 The counsel appearing for the applicant states that though in the application they are seeking to disburse the amount of Rs.30,57,750/-, they should also be permitted to take away the interest accumulated on the said sum.

3 The counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection for granting of prayer – (a) and also permitting the applicants to withdraw the interest.

4 In view thereof, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause – (a) and accordingly disposed of.

5 The Prothonotary and Senior Master to remit/hand over the interest amount to the applicant in the same manner as the principal amount is being paid.
