The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 4 on instructions states that pending the Arbitration proceedings and passing of the Award, Respondent No. 4 shall not withdraw the amount of Rs. 30,32,822/- deposited by Respondent No. 2 as per the order dated 3rd July, 2014 with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. The statement is accepted. It is also clarified that the Respondent No. 4 has not admitted the claim of the Petitioner and has made the above statement without prejudice to all his rights and contentions. In view thereof, the above Petition is disposed of.
