3 Having heard Mr. Kothari, learned counsel appearing
for the appellant, we do not find any justification for releasing the applicant on bail. We, however, direct the registry to place the above appeal on the final hearing board in a week commencing from 7th of September, 2015.
4 The criminal application is accordingly dismissed with
above direction.
