All the proceedings and steps under the said Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948 will be followed including the proceedings under Section 5 and

8 afresh, after giving fair and reasonable opportunity to all concerned. I further say that if it is found necessary, a fresh notification shall be issued. The necessary procedure for fixing compensation under Section 8 shall be followed. If any one is aggrieved by the Order of fixing of the compensation, he has remedy to file appeal under Section 8(3) of the said Act."
